Vintage Pen Mar straight razor with a damaged blade (damaged)

Description

Here is a vintage Pen Mar straight razor with a damaged blade and handle.  This poor razor has been through a lot.  It has surface dirt, corrosion and a chip out of the blade.  The inscription on blade near handle is obscured and the handle is damaged near the rivet.    Please see the pictures.
