The Design:
Olly Masks are a one-of-a-kind three-dimensional mask, designed by my aunt - a retired health-care professional. Olly Masks are specifically created, using fabric top researchers recommend (see links for articles below) for a non-surgical mask. The design offers maximum protection and comfort – covering the nose, mouth, chin, cheeks without breaking, falling off, being too tight, etc. (like so many have experienced with non-reusable masks.) These masks do not require an extra nose clip and can be worn with glasses.
Size:
Available in a variety of colors and two sizes (adult and children). Masks are size adjustable. The Adult size maximum is 7.5 inches to 8 inches in length (from one side of cheek/across nose/to other cheek), and between 5-6 inches from middle of bridge of your nose to chin. You can measure your face (or child’s face) from middle of nose to bottom of chin and across from cheek to cheek to determine best size. Specialty size orders are available. Our New Reality:
Our medical community, first-responders, and some employees of essential business’s need medical-grade surgical masks (such as N95 and others) - which there is currently a shortage of and are not reusable. We as a community can do our part and purchase masks that are reusable, comfortable, and now required to wear in public in most stores, towns, cities, states, etc. ****Please follow health official’s guidelines to include hand washing and social distancing, in addition to wearing a mask.****
Over 60+ masks already donated! Donations are made to areas/persons in need. Additionally, proceeds go towards the purchase of more fabric and elastic (which in purchased in the U.S. and has been hard to find with stores closed.)
Easy to Sanitize:
All you need is an iron! The heat from the iron will kill any bacteria/virus particles that you may come into contact with. You may also hand wash with soap and hot water. Let air dry. It is not recommended to machine wash (your face may be sensitive to the fabric detergent you use.) The fabric texture of mask becomes softer each time it is washed/ironed.
