    Description

    This listing is for a used Kenwood TS-440S HF all mode transceiver (AM, FM, USB, LSB, and CW). It only has slight cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, and scratches on the outer casing from years normal wear and use. Inside it looks like new, no dust, no leaky caps, and the power supply works well, the tuner works well, and the CMOS battery has been replaced in 2020. All buttons and display work as expected. Full output power from 160 to 10 meters, and it is unlocked for MARS/CAP.
    The original power cord is included, as is the stock hand microphone. This listing also includes high quality spiral bound user manual reprint and service manual reprint. I took pictures of my wattmeter to show FM and USB output, meter is not included. This would make a great companion to anyone with a vintage TS-711A VHF or TS-811A UHF radio in their station. It does not appear to have any filters installed.
    The shipping is calculated by the item's actual weight to your ZIP code (39lbs), plus insurance. You can choose between UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. I will only ship to the 48 lower US states due to the weight and age. I guarantee this radio works out of the box, but I am selling it "as-is" with no warranty implied due to it's age.
