    icom ic-706mkiig VHF/UHF/HF MOBILE OR BASE TRANCEIVER. Condition is "For parts or not working". Shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground. Radio seems to work and all functions seem to work, transmits, and receives as it should. Power seems to be close to where it should be, your meter may show differant. I used radio for several months, and it started having a feed back/monitor through speaker. Doesn't sound clear, sounds like the mode you are in. Sounds like ssb, fm, am, ect. Transmit audio seems ok. Was going to fix it, but bought newer radios so just sitting, been setting about 4 months. Sold as is for parts or repair, and no returns, but as discribed. Radio only, no accessories
