    Icom Ic-706. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This item is untested as i do not have the mic to key it up. I did take the cover off to confirm that the finals were changed out at some point and it does have some sort of filter installed. It does power on as seen in the photos and does rec audio. Both on vhf and hf. So as i am not able to confirm full operation of this radio its being sold as is no warranty implied or otherwise in ebay lingo "parts only" if you have any questions please feel free to ask away.
