    This is for a brand new Black aluminum TH400 transmission pan.  This pan is designed for vehicles with GM turbo 400 transmissions.  This is normal depth and comes with the necessary bolts and gasket.  This is the finned style Transmission pan that also features a drain plug for easy access.
