Early Western Electric #4 Dial with Plastic Number Plate

This is a very early model of the #4 dial, it's dated 1931 and is not a converted #2. The number plate is a very rare plastic model that's still in excellent condition. The finger wheel turns freely and seems to be in perfect working order. The whole dial is in near mint condition. The number card is a reproduction.
