    Description

The Open Championship, or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the Big Four Major events.  Founded in 1860, originally held annually at Prestwick Golf Club, it now rotates between select coastal golf courses in Scotland and England, under the authority of the Royal & Ancient Golf Association.
The 1978 Open was held at St. Andrews, and won by Jack Nicklaus.  This item is a depiction of the 1978 event and St. Andrews, done by Scottish Golf Course Architect James Paterson Izatt.  It show the course, event scores, and would look nicely framed.
All items are in excellent condition.
